Please Note:
Before initiating the fund transfer, you’ll need to add us as a recipient. Follow the steps below as a guide.

Log in to your First Citizens Online Banking account.
Go to My Payments and select Manage Payee.
Click on the green plus button and select Custom Payee Information.
Enter Novo Communications Limited as the Payee's Name.
Enter 2414859 as the Payee's Account Number.
In the Comments section, enter the type of service for records (e.g., Internet or Internet/Ketchup).
Click Save to add Novo Communications Limited as a new payee.
If prompted, answer your Security Question, then select Submit to confirm.
Return to My Payments and select Custom Payee Payments.
Enter the payment amount and choose the account you’re paying from.
Choose Novo Communications Limited as the recipient.
In the Description field, enter your account name or number for easy reference.
Ensure the payment method is set to Immediately.
Enter your 4-digit PIN in the transaction PIN box and press Submit.
Review all details to ensure accuracy, then press Submit again to confirm the payment.
A confirmation message will appear once the transfer is successful. Take a screenshot of the receipt and email it to us for faster processing. Keep it for your records.
Log in to your Republic Online Banking account.
Go to Payments & Transfers and select Third-Party Local Bank Account.
Select the Debit Account you wish to use, then choose Other and click "Insert Account Data".
Enter the Account Nickname: Novo Communications Limited; Bank: First Citizens.
For the Beneficiary, enter Novo Communications Limited and the account number 2414859. Confirm the account. Email: info@novocommunications.net.
Enter the Address: 577 Penal Rock Road, Penal.
Enable Save as a Pre-Registered and click "Confirm".
Enter the Amount to Transfer (in TTD) and, under the Description, add your Account Name/Number for reference (e.g., Jane Doe 130020123456). Then, click "Continue" and "Confirm".
Once the transfer is successful, a confirmation message will appear. Please screenshot and share the receipt with us, and keep it for your personal records.
Log in to your Scotiabank Online Banking account.
Go to Move Money and select Manage Recipients. Select Add New Recipient and choose Business. Under Recipient Bank, select "Other".
Enter First Citizens as the Bank Name and select it. Then, click "Continue".
For Account Type, select Chequing. Enter Account Number: 2414859 and Account Currency: TTD, then click "Continue".
Enter the recipient's name: Novo Communications Limited, and submit. Then, select Make a Transfer.
Click Next and confirm the transfer.
Enter the Amount to Transfer (in TTD) and confirm, now under Message, add your account name/number for reference (e.g., Jane Doe 130020123456).
Once the transfer is successful, a confirmation message will appear. Please screenshot and share the receipt with us, and keep it for your personal records.
